Joanna is starting a new class called Yoga Release on Mondays from 4th February 2019, 1930 to 2100.  The class will focus on stretching, foam roller work and some yoga and will be highly beneficial to tired sore legs after hard weekend rides as the daylight returns and the cycling season kicks off.  Places can be booked directly with Joanna via the wazfit website at a cost of £7 per class.

Level 2 fitness instructor Joanna is a real expert at helping sports people to optimise their performance and these classes promise to help muscles lengthen and function optimally.  All are welcome.

Thursday winter fitness training classes will continue as usual until the end of March.
